Annually over the Summer me and my colleague get together to discuss the past year and confirm new priorities ahead of the forthcoming year. This year we did that but I approached it a bit more differently. The following is the output from a collaborative exercise that me and my colleague did on 4 August 2026. It recognises individual and team efforts and successes through my strategic leadership, and therefore I feel it's worthy a wider share.
